Dear Members,

Annual General Body Meeting of the Association will be held at 3.00 PM on 5^th November, 2024 at the venue of the 31^st National Conference of the IASP (NCIASP 2024) at JSS Medical College, Mysore.

Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Confirmation of the minutes of the last GB meeting
2. To note the action taken on above
3. Presidential remarks
4. Reading and adoption of the report of the Secretary General
5. Reading and adoption of the Annual Reports of the Treasurer and the Statement of Accounts
6. Reading and adoption of the Editor’s Report
7. Reports from Committees and Task Forces
8. General Resolutions, if any
9. Resolutions, if any, for amendment of the Constitution and Bylaws
10. Venue and date of the next conference
11. Announcement of awards
12. Any other business with the permission of the chair

Note: The AGB meeting is open to only IASP members.
