Dear Colleague,
The Japanese Society of Psychiatry and Neurology is inviting young psychiatrists from around the world to apply for the Japanese Society of Psychiatry and Neurology Fellowship Award (Annexure-I).
In this context, the Indian Association for Social Psychiatry (IASP) is required to nominate 2 young psychiatrists from its membership.
Applicants must:
1. Be 40 years old or less, or have 10 years or less experience in psychiatry when the JSPN Annual Meeting is held in 2027
2. Not be a previous recipient of the JSPN Fellowship Award
3. Belong to a World Psychiatric Association member society (i.e. IASP)
All interested members who meet the above criteria may apply. They are required to send the following documents to the Secretariat email ID ([email protected]) no later than 5 pm IST on 15th September 2026:
[1] Details as per the Application Form so provided (Annexure-II)
[2] Brief CV of not more than 2 typed, single-spaced, A4 pages with Times New Roman 12 Font.
The applications will be assessed, and the decision will be conveyed to the successful applicant(s) before 25th September 2026.
